Severe Cycles, Inc. does all of their custom cycle painting in a an advanced down draft spray painting booth allowing the cleanest environment and exact temperature control. The heat bake cycle provides the highest level of long lasting paint durability. Infrared bake booths are the ultimate for paint adhering - a must with a high dollar custom paint job!

Spray booth temperatures & air flow are a must for proper paint adhering which can't be replicated by standard garage painting and will not last. Even today, most cycle painting is done in a standard, open air garage.  This is not the case at Severe Cycles, Inc.

Severe Cycles offers a full service machine shop including custom milling, lathe work, boring, honing, precision grinding, sandblasting and welding.

At Severe Cycles, we do just about any kind of fabrication and you can imagine. We have a complete machine shop and can bore and hone your cylinders right here on site. With our lathe we can fabricate any stainless steel spacer or any part for your motorcycle. We can glass bead just about any part...texture paint them, then bake, for a finish that is truly beautiful. We are a full service shop for most American made motorcycles.
